Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Print on the Film:

Use a DTF printer and DTF ink for vibrant designs on any color or type of fabric garment.

If using a sublimation printer, it works best with light-colored fabrics.

2. Apply the Powder:

While the print is wet, apply adhesive powder uniformly. Shake off excess powder carefully.

This step is essential for both DTF and sublimation printers.

3. Melt the Powder:

Option 1: Place your print in a curing oven at the temperature recommended by the oven manufacturer.

Option 2: Hover a heat press over the newly powdered print at 300°F for 3 minutes.

4. Pre-press and Transfer:

Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds. Transfer the design with the print side down onto the garment.

Cover with parchment paper and heat press at 295-330°F for 15 seconds.

5. Peel and Re-press:

Peel off the film in one low, slow, continuous motion (hot or cold peel).

Re-press the garment for 10 seconds to ensure the design sets.

Note:

Always follow the recommended temperature and time settings for your specific equipment and materials.

Refer to the user manuals provided by your printer, oven, and other tools for accurate guidelines.
